2.  Authors of Our Time Series (AOT-) and YA Young Authors Series (YA-) eBook pin codes will be sent to the email address when Homespun Press receives notification from PayPal of your purchase.  The codes will normally be sent within a 24 hour period.  Gold Classic Series (GC-) eBooks do not require an unlock code.  GST (Goods and Service Tax) will be charged to all New Zealand customer sales.

3.  After paying for the eBooks you will be returned from PayPal to Homespun Press "thank you" page where you can download the books purchased.

4.  Amounts shown are in US dollars.  Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be added on sales for New Zealand residents.

5.  Please note that HSP Secure eBooks run under MS Internet Explorer.  Mac users may be able to run the eBooks with PC emulation software.  There is NO NEED to download any readers for these eBooks.

BEFORE CONTINUING YOUR PURCHASE, YOU MUST READ THIS AGREEMENT.  BY THE VERY ACT OF PURCHASING OR THE ACQUISITION OF ANY EBOOK FROM HOMESPUN PRESS LIMITED, YOU ACCEPT AND ARE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

Terms and Conditions

Homespun Press (The Provider) permits you (The Purchaser) to purchase and/or acquire eBooks in a digitized version under specific terms and conditions as set forth in this agreement.

1) Usage of Homespun Press eBooks

1.1) YOU, The Purchaser, may purchase eBooks, or in some instances acquire eBooks priced at no cost from Homespun Press for The Purchaser’s own personal, non-commercial use.

1.2) Only The Purchaser’s immediate family, or live-in partners, or roommates, who legally reside at The Purchaser’s legal residence are allowed to access eBooks purchased or acquired from The Provider.

1.3) The Purchaser may display, view or otherwise access The Provider’s eBooks using a personal computer running Microsoft Internet Explorer® or Netscape Navigator®. You are hereby forewarned: eBooks will not function properly with Apple™ computers unless the Apple™ computer is equipped with PC emulation.  Not all PC emulators are supported.

1.4) No one, including The Purchaser, may copy, print, duplicate, replicate, transmit, or distribute in any form, medium or contrivance (electronic, mechanical or otherwise) The Provider’s eBooks unless specifically allowed by the specific enabled features included and embedded from and by The Provider within the eBook.  Further restrictions apply.

1.5) The Purchaser is hereby notified that The Provider’s eBooks contain a variety of security features that protect each eBook and limit The Purchaser’s usage thereof. It is illegal to circumvent, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, render useless or inoperable, or otherwise tamper with any security features of The Provider’s eBook(s).

 1.6) No one, at any time,  may use any automated, semi-automated, or manual  means to view or acquire from Homespun Press  any eBook in whole or in any part or portion thereof  using an agent, scraper, spider, robot, phisher, spyware, worm, virus, or any other methodology of data gathering or extraction tools or mechanisms.

2) Returns and Refunds

2.1 The Purchaser may return any AOT series or YA series purchased and paid-in-full eBook for a 100% refund within 7 days of the purchase date, provided the eBook was never activated for access.

2.2 If The Purchaser cancels an order or any portion thereof, access to that eBook or eBooks will be revoked. Should The Provider detect or discover that the book has been accessed after cancellation or return, The Purchaser’s account will be billed for the full amount of the eBook or eBooks.

3) Additional Terms and Conditions

3.1) If The Purchaser violates any of the terms or conditions of this Agreement or otherwise abuse any other service provided by this website, Homespun Press Limited may at its discretion, take legal action and/or withhold any refund of any fees paid for eBooks or other services.

3.2) Homespun Press reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.  The Provider may remove or disable access to eBooks at any time, with or without notice to The Purchaser, should the provider feel that this agreement has been breeched and Homespun Press will not be liable to you should it exercise such rights.

3.3) Homespun Press reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without advance notice. Any use of The Provider’s products or services following any such change will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

3.4) Homespun Press operates in accordance to the Paris Act of July 24, 1971 of the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works and all subsequent treaties and acts thereto.

3.5) The Purchaser will adhere, at all times, to all conditions and limitations provided by or set forth within these terms and conditions and to the spirit thereof.
